Technical management

In situations where customers need to evaluate a Proof of Concept on the proposed set-up, our corporate headquarters is equipped with laboratories where such can be accomplished. Training rooms are also available for briefing purposes.

Response to Support Requests

helpdesk
TTI maintains a Helpdesk facility for phone support, and logging & monitoring of support cases. TTI offers a 2- to 4-hour response time to Technical Support requests within Metro Manila. Outside of the National Capital Region (NCR), support is dispatched through the Help Desk and onsite assistance is dispatched through the earliest possible transportation to the area.

Customers with mission-critical networks may also avail of a 7×24 Maintenance Agreement, ensuring service unit availability and support even on weekends and holidays.
