ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Bachelorís Degree in Accounting
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and SAP or any similar Accounting software
  • Must have at least 2 years working experience in any of the following areas: Accounts Payable, Processing Bookkeeping, General Accounting
  • Has good communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and handle pressure
  • Must have a systematic method of performing a task, strong organizational and administrative skills and high level of attention to details

Qualifications:

APPLICATIONS SUPPORT ENGINEER
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of BS Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or other related technical courses
  • Having knowledge in the Call Center Technology such as Dialers and Call Recording is a plus
  • Has excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Basic knowledge in HTML/Javascript is an advantage
  • Has willingness to work beyond normal business hours
  • Could work with minimum supervision and perform well even under pressure
ASSISTANT NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years experience in administering Windows 2003, 2008 server environment and Active Directory
  • At least 2 years experience in LAN and WAN
  • Exchange 2010: Administration and troubleshooting experience (to includes disaster recovery, DAG and mail archive)
  • Knowledgeable in directory concepts (Active Directory / Exchange / DNS).
  • Knowledgeable in TCP/IP and internetworking concepts
  • Knowledgeable in IT Manager best practices (backup, security, performance tuning, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable in Linux Application (Qmail, DNS and Squid proxy) With programming experience: (Visual Basic, ASP, PHP)
  • With Scripting experience
  • With SAP ERP system administration background (Basis and Database Management)
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/ PRODUCT MANAGER (TTI)
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years working experience in any one of the following fields:
    • contact center floor operations
    • financial institution (banks or insurance companies) systems and methods
    • customer service and or support operations with any company with a consumer-based market
  • With exposure in staff planning, process compliance, performance measurement, and evaluation.
PRINCIPAL/PRODUCT MANAGER
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years working experience in product management and/or technology business development with any IT infrastructure manufacturer, distributor, or systems integrator
  • Experience with at least any one of the following is a distinct advantage:
    • Alcatel Lucent or Avaya / Nortel PBX platforms (equivalent experience with NEC or Siemens will be considered)
    • Cisco IP telephony and video conferencing platforms
    • Aspect unified IP (equivalent experience with Altitude will be considered)
    • Microsoft Lync
  • Fast learner with technical aptitude
  • Superior written and oral communications skills
  • Engaging personality with excellent presentation skills
  • Willing to work extended hours
PROGRAMMER (TTI - Software Development and Applications)
Qualifications:
  • A graduate of Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Proficient in the following:
    • Net Framework (C#/VB.Net)
    • Programming languages (PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript)
    • Data base Management System (MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle)
    • Operating System (Microsoft Windows , Linux, Red Hat, Ubuntu, Debian)
  • Excellent Communications and Presentation skills.
  • Programming experience in Crystal Report an advantage.
  • Experience in Windows Server, Solaris & Linux an advantage.
PROJECT DOCUMENTATION ASSISTANT
Qualifications:
  • Female; College graduate, any IT related course is an advantage
  • Has a background in the IT industry and project management
  • At least 1 year working experience in the related field as required for this position
  • Experience in project documentation and technical writing is an advantage
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills
  • Job responsibilities include reviewing, preparing, editing, and organizing Project Management documentation as well as assisting in PM activities
TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER (TTI – Implementation Group)
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related technical courses.
  • With knowledge in routing and switching.
  • Administrative experience in multiple versions of operating systems such as Windows, Unix/Linux is an advantage.
  • Willing to work beyond normal business hours, can work with minimum supervision and perform even under pressure.
SERVICE DESK PERSONNEL (TTI – Service Desk)
Qualifications:
  • College Graduate.
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills and good listening skills.
  • Willing to work on graveyard shift.

PROJECT ENGINEER (TTI – Project Management Office)
Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate of BSECE, BSCPE, REE, PEE or other related technical courses.
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
  • Previous project management experience relative to telecommunications is an advantage.
  • PMI Certification is also an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in PABX and LAN & WAN infrastructure.
  • With understanding of Basic Telephony, PBX environment, LAN/WAN principles and technologies (TCP/IP).
  • Knowledgeable in PERT/ CPM project management tools or Electrical./ SCS
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Project or other MS office applications.

SERVICE DELIVER ENGINEER (Ilocos, Kidapawan, Manila and Leyte)
Qualifications:
  • Degree Holder of any of the following courses:
    • BS Electronics and Communications Engineering
    • BS Information Technology
    • BS Computer Engineering
    • BS Electronics Engineering
  •  CISCO Certification (CCNA) is an advantage but not required.
  • At least One (1) Year relevant experience in any of the technology field listed below:
    • Cisco Routing and Switching
    • Cisco Security
    • Cisco Wireless Technology
    • Cisco Unified Communication
  • Has very good interpersonal skills
  • Has a good command of the English Language both oral and written communication
  • Mature and has the capability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Skilled driver with valid driverís license (Restriction: 2)
  • 20- 30 years old
  • Must be willing to be relocated in Leyte, Dumaguete and Bacolod

Qualifications:
  • BS CompE graduate

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provides pre-sales support on Data Center Technologies which includes Servers, Storage, SAN Switches and Operating Systems (Windows/Linux, VMWare)
  • Conducts product and/or technical presentations, Proof of Concept (POC) to clients
  • Create network design and bill of materials.
Technical Engineer – Data Networking

Qualifications:
  • BS ECE/CompE
  • At least two (2) years work experience in the IT industry , preferably Cisco networking technologies & Network Security products
  • Result &amsp; detail-oriented, flexible and can handle pressures very well
  • Excellent in verbal and written communications
  • CCNA/ CCNP certification is a plus
