As part of our Maintenance Services, we have set up a 24x7 Service Desk facility that promptly assigns engineers for immediate phone support.
Depending on your location (Metro Manila, Metro Cebu and Metro Davao), we offer a 2 to 4-hour response time
for on-site support. Our business partners may also avail of the 24x7 Maintenance Agreement for the assured availability of service units and support even during weekends and holidays.
